There is contest to develop a new safety slogan for the Metro light rail which will be opening in a few months. The winner will receive a free year of rides. Entries are due by September 30. Email your slogan to casey.newton@arizonarepublic.com with "light rail slogan" in the subject line. The second article below explains how the winning slogan will be selected.
