There was an article in today's The Chandler Republic about Elevation Chandler. Elevation Chandler is the unfinished building just south of Chandler Fashion Center that has been sitting in the same unfinished state for so long now. The article indicates that the developer has filed a plan in bankruptcy court for the property to be auctioned possibly in 2009. The creditors and the judge still have to approve the plan. You can click on the link below to read all of the details. Unfortunately it sounds like this partial building will continue to sit as is for some time to come.
