I spoke with an appraiser yesterday who said that most of the sales she is working on are in the outlying areas like Queen Creek and Maricopa. I spoke with another real estate agent today, he was getting ready to show homes in Queen Creek and was calling other agents with properties for sale. He said many were telling him that they were getting multiple offers. It looks like prices have gotten low enough in these areas that some of the properties are starting to sell. There is still a lot of inventory to be sold but things are starting to move.
