I just got the Chandler City Scope newsletter. There is information about a free pool fence program. It says that if you are a family with young children without a pool fence in need of fianancial assistance, you are encouraged to apply. The program criteria are:
- A child 6 years or younger must be living in the home
- The home must be owner-occupied
- Families must demonstrate financial need
- Special circumstances will be considered
- Family must reside in Maricopa County
